4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may differ by payment method. mio777 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of three (3) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend to up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If this is not practicable, mio777 will use an alternative verified method associated with your account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by mio777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated on each promotion page. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. mio777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credit and associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to exploit a promotion risk-free, or any other strategy designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's acco unt without compensation. The validity period for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6.3 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. Odds during live betting are subject to rapid change. mio777 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during goal events, red cards, or other significant match incidents.
6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, technical errors affecting odds publication, or manifest pricing errors. The Company's decision to void a bet is final.
6.5 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and payout tables are published within the relevant section of the Platform. Draw results are sourced from official, verifiable external draw sources. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw time.
6.6 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting section. mio777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its discretion.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mio777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

10.2 mio777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
10.3 mio777 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. We shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to Indonesia's telecommunications infrastructure.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11.1 Termination by mio777. mio777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure for cause, mio777 may forfeit any remaining balance where permitted by applicable law.
11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] in plain text. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending wagers are settled and KYC requirements are met.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination.
